What is your return and guarantee policy?

If you receive a piece of jewelry and find within 30 days that the materials or workmanship are defective in any way, please contact us immediately at neida@hipfusiondesigns.com or (215) 264-4385. Returned items must be in their original packaging. You will be given the choice of a money refund (including all shipping) or store credit.

Unless there is a quality issue, there are some guarantee exclusions. Glass silk bead patina – over time and wear, some of the glass silk beads (such as the silver matte ones used in our front toggle name tag necklace) we incorporate into our designs develop a patina which intentionally gives our pieces a chic and arty look. Silver clay charms/name tags – the charms we make out of clay are all individually hand-stamped and are intended to look handcrafted so letters (for example) are not machine-aligned.

For the life of each piece of jewelry we sell, we will gladly make any necessary repairs if you simply contact us and return the item. The only minimal costs you will incur are labor, replacement materials (if needed) and shipping. An estimate of these costs will be provided to you before any repair is started. If the item is less than 90 days old, these costs are waived. The labor and material required to repair your item and return shipping is provided free of charge. You will receive a store credit for your cost to ship to us.

What are your return procedures?

To return a piece of jewelry, you must contact us at neida@hipfusiondesigns.com or (215) 264-4385 to obtain return authorization and instructions. Items being returned within the 30-day guarantee window must be returned in their original packaging with no obvious signs of neglectful damage. For items being returned outside of that window, we cannot be responsible for returned lost, stolen or damaged shipments so we do recommend that the package be insured.

How do I place an order?

All of our pieces are custom-made to order. After we receive your request for a quote, we will get back to you within 3 business days with a price. If you would like to proceed with an order, we can send you a Request for Payment via PayPal. We also accept money orders and personal checks, which must clear our bank before orders are shipped out.

Can you reproduce a piece for me (in case I like one represented on your web site)?

It is more than likely and it will be a close reproduction (as everything is handcrafted and individually made) but would be dependent on the availability of the raw material used for the original piece. Will my information be shared?

Please know that all information about our customers is kept strictly confidential and will not be given or resold to anyone.

What is your standard turn-around time?

Turn-around time is 2 to 4 weeks, which will be discussed with you fully before your order is taken.

What is your shipping fee?

We ship orders within the Continental U.S. via USPS Priority Mail. If you prefer another shipping method, please inquire BEFORE you make your purchase. Rates listed are for shipping within the Continental U.S. only - additional charges may apply for shipping to Alaska & Hawaii, and will apply to all International shipments. For international customers (including customers from Alaska & Hawaii), you should email your address to neida@hipfusiondesigns.com, along with a list of the items you wish to purchase, and we will provide you with the exact shipping cost and proceed with the order upon authorization and payment.

S&H - $6.00 for 1 piece + $1.00 for each additional piece up to 10 pieces +$.50 for each piece exceeding 10 pieces.

Do you offer discounts?

In addition to offering frequent sales reductions, we offer a referral policy. If, after you purchase at least one item at listed price, you refer anyone who makes a purchase, you will receive a $10 credit towards your next purchase. This credit applies to each individual referred so refer as many people as you would like.
