What is my discount?

We offer a substantial discount with a minimum purchase. A sales tax ID is required for the order and we require direct contact for wholesale orders. Please contact us for details at neida@hipfusiondesigns.com or (215) 264-4385.

Do you offer consignment options?

We do not at this time.

Do you offer exclusive arrangements?

We would be happy to discuss an arrangement with you based on a minimum monthly purchase. Please contact us for details at neida@hipfusiondesigns.com or (215) 264-4385.

Do you extend credit?

For the first 3 orders, pre-payment by company check or credit card is expected. After 6 orders, credit is extended with an agreement to our net 30 days term and with the provision of good references.

Do you offer a return-policy for wholesale purchases?

All pieces are inspected prior to shipping. Please contact us within 10 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied with your wholesale order. We also provide you with the option of swapping any piece (excluding pieces sold separately from sets and custom name pieces) in new condition at any point after you’ve retained the piece for at least 30 days to keep your inventory fresh. For the life of each item we sell, we will make any necessary repairs (not related to neglectful care) for your customers. Simply contact us and return the item on your customer’s behalf. The only minimal costs you will need to pass on to your customer are labor, replacement materials (if needed) and shipping. An estimate of these costs will be provided to you for your customer before any repair is started. Within 90 days of the customer’s purchase date, these costs are waived. The labor and material required to repair the item and shipping is provided free of charge.

How do I place my order?

What is your standard turn-around time?

Turn-around time is 2 to 4 weeks, which will be discussed with you fully before your order is taken.

Can you make custom dichroic pieces for my establishment based on color, size, style, etc?

What is included with each piece and order?

Your first order includes a free frame for your display, which gives your customers more information about the jewelry and how it is made. For your convenience we can also provide you with gift-ready boxes for an additional $1 each.

What is your shipping fee?

Unless there is an exclusive arrangement, it is the same as for the retail orders.
